They needed a new look and feel that would showcase
their tenacious and attentive approach to recruitment
and reflect their modern way of working.
We interrogated their existing branding, asked
challenging questions and identified their key pain
points in order to uncover what really sets them
apart. Once armed with this insight, we created
our ‘Placing people first’ brand positioning, which
powerfully expressed both Alliance’s ability to be the
first to assemble a workforce and also their steadfast
commitment to putting candidates and clients at the
heart of everything they do.
